Paraffin Wax
A ‘paraffin wax’ is a treatment in which the skin benefits the most. Paraffin wax is heated to its melting point, then the hands are dipped in it several times until a layer of wax is formed over the skin. The hands are then wrapped in towels or plastic to keep the wax ‘working’. The wax work with the added oil to moisturize the skin and help it defend against cold and dry winter weathers.
