Hot Oil Treatment
The purpose of hot oil treatments is to soften the nails and cuticles. The soften cuticles are easier to deal with, and are more likely to prevent potential damage in the processs. The skin also benefits from this procedure, for it becomes softer and healthier. This process involves submerging the hands under hot (but not dangerously burning, of course) oil for a short period of time.
